Article 1: General provisions
The website of Afix Group NV, an NV with registered office at Durmelaan 20, 9880 Aalter, Belgium, BE 0842.430.350 (hereinafter referred to as 'the entrepreneur') offers visitors to its website the opportunity to view its products on the one hand and to offer products for publication on usedscaff.com on the other hand.
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply.
Article 2: Price
All prices mentioned are in EURO, always excluding VAT, delivery, reservation or administrative costs, taxes or duties.
The indication of price refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalogue is compiled with the greatest possible care, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the correctness and completeness of the information provided. The entrepreneur is in no case liable in case of material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
If the Consumer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we ask the Consumer to contact our customer service in advance.
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the Consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If the Entrepreneur makes use of images, these are a true representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer are not binding on the Entrepreneur. The offer is always valid as long as stocks last and can at all times be adjusted or withdrawn by the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur can not be held liable for the unavailability of a product.
Article 4: The agreement
The entrepreneur offers free services without any form of compensation or commission.
The service concerns:
- the publication of lots of scaffolding material
- the electronic transmission of contact details of the provider of lot scaffolding material to interested parties.
After receipt of the contact details of the supplier of lot scaffolding material, interested parties themselves contact the supplier for further processing. UsedScaff cannot or will not be involved in any way in the purchase or sale of goods offered.

Article 6: Privacy
The controller, Afix Group NV respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 relating to the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.
The personal data provided by you will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded agreement, processing the order, sending newsletters, advertising and / or marketing purposes.
You have a legal right to inspection and possible correction of your personal data. We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties.
The Consumer is personally responsible for keeping his login details confidential and the use of his password. Your password is stored in encrypted form, so the Entrepreneur has no access to your password.
The Entrepreneur keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics in order to be able to see which pages of the website are visited and to what extent.

Article 7: Use of cookies

The Entrepreneur may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. Any purchase made after the amendment implies acceptance by the Consumer of these new Terms and Conditions.
Article 10: Proof
The Consumer accepts that electronic communications and backups may serve as evidence.
Article 11: Applicable law - Competent court
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law on applicable law and of the Rome I Regulation on contracts for the international sale of goods. In the event of any disputes, the courts of Bruges shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
